We don’t believe in a ‘one size fits’ all approach. It’s important to us that you get the best value for money for your unique requirements, so we will create an individualised package just for you.

Our cell phone plans operate on the Telecom XT network. For landlines we use both Telecom and TelstraClear. Our broadband is provided by Telcoinabox (our franchise partner) through a dedicated ADSL Layer 2 network.

We’ve designed the process of switching from your telco to Kingfisher Connexions to be really quick and easy.

  1. We provide a free initial consultation. This can be done in person (for customers in Auckland), over the phone or by Skype for customers outside Auckland.
  2. We design a package that suits your specific needs and send it to you for approval, along with an account application form.
  3. If you’re happy with our solution, simply complete the application form, sign and return it to us by post or email. If you need a hand filling in any of the fields within the form, just give us a call on our free phone 0800 729610.
  4. For mobile and T-Stick connections, we’ll provide you with a new SIM card – once you’ve inserted it, you’re ready to go.
  5. For broadband and landline connections, we’ll guide you through the process of switching over (don’t worry, it only takes a few minutes!)
